Your responsabilities will required you to :
  • Secretarial and reception work for multiple supervisors (phone and mail handling, filing, support of meetings, travel arrangements);
  • Resolving day-to-day administrative and operational matters;
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency;
  • Business Reimbursement Report (expense reports, leave, etc.),
· Assistance in administrative matters to all the departments;
  • PA to the CEO (and help to the 2 Managing Directors),
  • Monitor payment of the invoices;
  • Preparing bank instructions, follow-up, control of bank transactions and payments;
  • Help manage and review the administrative and legal formalities (such KYC, FATCA, RBE, BE, ect..);
  • Drafts POA, NDA, Agreement, formatting reports, notes, letters, etc;
  • Interactions with different external advisors: external auditors, law firms and notary

Your profile

You have competencies to :
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience (proven office management, administrative or assistant experience);
  • Excellent level of English and French is necessary requirement. German or any other language would be an asset;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work;
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages.
