Commercial Traineeship

Our client, located in Grimbergen, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated sales trainee, who will be given the opportunity to learn a lot in a short period of time and to immediately put his new knowledge into practice. During two years, you will gradually acquire the final responsibility for your own customer portfolio in this region.


  • Initially, you will play a sales support role by assisting customers and colleagues on several levels. This will not only allow you to acquire a good technical expertise, but also to get to know our target groups well;
  • In the course of your career, you will gain the necessary experience to start working as an account manager. You will learn how to proactively establish contacts within our target group in your region in order to expand your customer portfolio. These contacts can be made in various ways (networking, active prospecting, events, etc.). You can count on the support of a solid and proven marketing strategy and, of course, on your closest colleagues;
  • In the long run, as an account manager, you will become the wealth partner and sounding board for our clients (entrepreneurs and professionals). You will accompany them in their financial choices, using a personalized, specialized and proactive approach.

Your profile

  • You have a master's degree in economics or a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance;
  • You already have a first (limited) professional experience;
  • You dare to tell it like it is and know how to use your persuasive power to convince your clients and colleagues. You combine this with empathy and good communication skills;
  • Our local roots are our strength. You are willing to focus on the Brabant-Walloon region and to build long-term relationships with clients;
  • You are fluent in French, both written and spoken. A basic knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
