Compliance Officer

You are part of the Compliance team and contribute to the control of the company's reputation risk by collaborating in the management of compliance matters such as financial security, knowledge of our clients and intermediaries (KYC, AML), professional ethics, protection of client interests (PIC), and market integrity.


  • Ensure compliance with money laundering and terrorist financing regulations, process and validate financial security alerts;
  • Implement rules of professional ethics and conflict of interest;
  • Ensure the application of the various legislations, rules of conduct in terms of consumer protection in the field of credit and insurance;
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's rules on compliance issues;
  • Create, implement and maintain the company's compliance procedures such as financial security, know your customer and intermediaries, professional ethics, protection of customer interests (PIC), and market integrity;
  • Provide training to staff members on compliance topics;
  • Formulate a compliance opinion on various company matters (new products, processes, adaptation of procedures and systems, etc.);
  • Write reports, formulate recommendations and action plans, and ensure follow-up;
  • Participate in technical tests to ensure compliance of the rules implemented in the systems;
  • Participate in various control plans and assessment of non-compliance risks.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree;
  • You have excellent written and spoken French or Dutch;
  • You preferably have 3 to 5 years experience in a banking or credit institution environment;
  • You have good organizational and planning skills;
  • You are punctual, solution oriented and accurate;
  • You are dynamic and have a sense of initiative;
  • You have a critical and logical mind;
  • You have a strong interest in all areas of compliance (professional ethics, client protection, KYC, KYI, etc.).
