  • You will be responsible for the review and accurate matching/processing of invoices submitted to the expenses team.
  • You will research and resolve discrepancies and issues with invoices.
  • You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers through effective and timely communication.
  • You will assist in monitoring accruals and expense budgets for clients and funds under administration.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent.
  • You have experience in the investment sector, fund accounting, accounts payable, financial and regulatory reporting, an advantage.
  • You are familiar with reviewing accruals and fund budgets.
  • You will show initiative in the implementation of all processes that may impact on efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • You are able to work within a structured framework, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, as this role requires interaction at all levels of the organisation and externally.
  • You will have excellent office, IT and systems skills. Experience of Sungard Invest One advantageous.
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
