Management Assistant

Our client, an independent law firm specializing in taxation, is looking for a Management Assistant. Their clientele consists of companies, private individuals, institutions and the public sector. They offer advice, mediation, negotiation and dispute resolution in the field of taxation and related legal practice areas, such as family and co-habitation property law and inheritance law.

Our client is internationally and regionally anchored with offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Hasselt, Luxembourg and Zurich.

You are co-responsible for the administrative and organizational support of our team in Antwerp. Your responsibilities are, among others:
  • careful agenda management as well as management of the procedural calendar;
  • Follow up and handle correspondence;
  • Drafting documents, revising texts, making document bundles;
  • Keeping files and compulsory identification data up to date;
  • General administrative tasks (seminar registration, telephone, reception, etc.).

Your profile

  • you have obtained a bachelor degree or an equivalent level through experience (preferably in a law firm);
  • you have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of English and French
  • You have a very good knowledge and practical insight of MS Office;
  • You have good organizational and planning skills, have an eye for detail and are accurate;
  • You have the necessary maturity to successfully complete your tasks in a responsible way;
  • You enjoy working in a team, but are also very independent;
  • You are proactive, dynamic and know how to roll up your sleeves;
  • You are fluent and communicative, but also very discrete and reliable;
  • You are stress resistant and can adopt a flexible attitude.
