Our client, a renowned law firm located in Brussels, is looking for a dynamic and professional Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support the department across a wide range of initiatives and new opportunities.
The Marketing and BD Coordinator will have an important role in the development and implementation of the business
development strategy and will support "dedicated" legal practices. The candidate will act as a point of contact for business development related queries, enhance prospecting and development activities and client relationship management, ensure internal and external communication of the firm and organise events. The ideal candidate will have good writing and communication skills as well as being result and client oriented. Description
Alongside the Marketing, Business Development and Communication team, in close coordination with and for yourdedicated legal practices, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for all business development-related enquiries ;
- Manage and contribute to practice-related pitches and panels ;
- Support activities aimed at targeting potential clients or further developing existing clients ;
- Raise the profile of the dedicated legal practices and their lawyers via internal & external communications ;
- Manage the development and execution of marketing and thought leadership campaigns ;
- Compile directory and awards submissions ;
- Support the planning, program creation and execution of events with support of events management.
Your profile
- Bilingual French/Dutch with a good knowledge of English ;
- A comparable experience in the industry of services, preferably in a professional services environment ;
- Good knowledge of information technology tools ;
- Good writing skills ;
- Excellent spelling ;
- Strong sense of document layout ;
- Basic knowledge of Law is a plus ;
- Interest for political and economic news.
