Description
- You will check reporting packages prepared by the service providers and property managers ;
- You will ensure the validity of book and records of Luxembourg holding ;
- You will participe with RE Controller in the all consolidation and NAV calculation ;
- You will prepare documentation of in-depth analysis and commentary ;
- You will ensure the respect of reporting deadlines ;
- You will check accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
Your profile
- You have a University degree in Accounting or equivalent ;
- You have at least a professional experience of 5 years in a similar job, preferably in real estate ;
- You have advanced knowledges of Lux GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), auditing and VAT taxation ;
- You are fluent in English and Germand or French
- You have strong communication skills and you are conscientious in all your assignments such as meeting deadlines and quality of work ;
- You are a team player, stress tolerant and able to prioritize urgents tasks.
