HR Officer Recruitment & Selection
For a leading client in the consumer credit sector, we are looking for an HR Officer Recruitment & Selection.
- You manage all open vacancies from A-Z for your business; from publication, follow-up, reporting, interview to the final contract proposal;
- You are the first point of contact concerning recruitment, and the onboarding of our employees.
- You are the contact person for both managers and employees;
- You work closely with your colleagues HR Advisor Recruitment, Selection who are responsible for the other departments of the organization. Together you manage the recruitment budget and try to further develop partnerships with external suppliers in the field of selection and recruitment.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience;
- You have a bachelor's degree;
- You have knowledge of different HR platforms (e.g. SHL, Taleo, test platform,...), interview techniques and the STAR method;
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English;
- You work accurately and are not afraid of administrative work;
- You have a hands-on mentality;
- You are service oriented and can set priorities;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- You are diplomatic and discrete in your contacts with employees;
- You have a positive attitude by nature.
