Our client is an international Insurance broker located on the outskirts of Brussels, but easily accessible. Our client is well known for both Life and Non-Life matters, which will allow you many opportunities for development and vertical and/or horizontal career growth.

Description

  • Analyze claims files in depth;
  • Negotiate with clients, opposing parties, insurers, experts and lawyers;
  • To elaborate each time a solution that is satisfactory and efficient taking into account the limited time frame;
  • Handle each case from A to Z: from the opening of the case, follow-up, payment to the closing and filing;
  • Manage agendas and mail;
  • Obtain an optimal settlement of your clients' claims; Be the reference person in case of problems and disputes;
  • Establishing and interpreting claim statistics in collaboration with your colleagues.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Insurance, Economics, Law, equivalent);
  • At least 3 years of experience in claims handling;
  • Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of Dutch and English;
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Word and Excel);
  • You are a team player, service and customer oriented, organized and able to manage priorities.
