Description

  • Account Relationship Management - ensure that internal and external clients receive accurate, timely and quality service during all aspects of the processes for which our client is designated as a domiciliary agent/corporate secretary ;
  • Safeguard client, corporate and regulatory requirements are met at all times in an efficient and accurate manner ;
  • Organize and oversee the day-to-day legal administration of investment funds, securitization vehicles and other domiciled legal entities ;
  • The SA will be expected to conduct business in accordance with firm and corporate policies and procedures, consistently ensuring that risks are identified and actively managed and ensuring that management is informed ;
  • Support of multiple complex client accounts ;
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to address client issues, including complex and/or non-routine issues (e.g., operations teams, relationship managers, legal, client, attorney, notary, regulator, etc.) ;
  • Organization and conduct of board and shareholder meetings, preparation and follow-up of related documents/ minutes/ actions ;
  • Preparation of corporate documents: powers of attorney, circular resolutions, etc ;
  • Corporate secretarial duties: directly assisting the client in the execution of documents, KYC requests, etc ;
  • No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed.

Your profile

  • Legal qualification/university degree or equivalent preferred ;
  • More than 5 years of experience in a client-facing environment or in a corporate legal department ;
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law is required ;
  • Knowledge of alternative investment funds is an advantage ;
  • Fluent English ;
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan and anticipate and excellent work attitude ;
  • Able to understand client needs ;
  • Proactive, client-oriented attitude with the necessary flexibility and hands-on approach; - Excellent client service skills - client focus ;
  • Top-notch presentation skills, both verbal and written ;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while being highly organized and thorough ;
  • Able to conduct oneself with integrity and a desire for excellence at all times, with a clear sense of personal accountability ;
  • Treat all colleagues, internal and external, with respect and proactively create a team environment ;
  • Results orientation, organization and self-reliance.
