HR Buisiness Partner

Our client , international company in the financial sector, is looking for a HR BP who will be hands-on and dynamic.


As part of the Belgian local HR team, you will be as well participating in building and / or strengthening existing relationships with Universities across Belgium, in order to promote the company, meet students and attract young talents to the company (job fairs, internship requests, follow-up of applications, etc.).

As part of the transversal recruitment team led by the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will monitor recruitments, mainly in Belgium, within your Business Unit. You will ensure the recruitment process from its beginning to its end (clarifying the need, writing the job description, short list of candidates submission, negotiation and recruitment). You will therefore be in charge of mastering some of our internal/external HR tools (Talentsoft/salesforce/linkedin etc...).

  • Directly reporting to the Head of HR in Belgium, and as an HR Business partner , you will be responsible for :
  • Managing the relationship with the Business Units Heads, in order to advise them on specific needs,
  • Advising employees about their career development, mobility wishes or other professional requests,
  • In charge of 1t1 HR/Employees meeting and PDP follow up,
  • Maintaining a continuous dialogue with your Business unit employees in Belgium.
  • Interacting with all internal departments on specific local HR issues.
  • You will be involved in Onboarding / off boarding and the follow up of new joiners and leavers.
You will participate in addressing the Recruitment needs locally :
  • Ensure that recruitments are done using the best channels while respecting the deadlines and regulations.
  • Remain attentive to the evolution of recruitment channels in order to propose the best solutions for the company.
  • Proactively deliver analyses and reports related to your recruitment activity, to the Head of HR Belgium and Head of Talent Acquisition.
  • Maintain permanent contact with SD Worx (Admin and payroll external provider) to ensure that the quality of service is at the best level.
  • Facilitate and monitor arrivals and departures.
  • Contribute to build an Employer of Choice Strategy, Participate in attracting and retaining the best talents, As part of a team of 3 local HR specialist, you will work closely with your local colleagues and be back-up for each other.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in Human Resources,
  • 3 to 7 years of experience,
  • English and French, spoken and written,
  • Dutch would be a great added value,
  • Growth mindset and Empathy,
  • Ability to listen and advise,
  • Professional and able to handle confidentiality,
  • Ability to multi task in fast growing environment,
  • IT friendly,
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral,


Our client offers you a permanent contract in a great, prestigious and international financial environment. You will work full time for a permanent contract. The client is ideally situated, in the center of Brussels, close to the public transports.
