  • Proactively detect sales opportunities and thus make a remote sale or set up an appointment for the branch network;
  • Propose solutions in order to optimize the operation of the Service Center;
  • Participate in projects to improve existing processes by contributing creative ideas.

Your profile

  • You are customer-oriented and have a sense of service;
  • You guide and advise our customers with a great commercial sense;
  • You are at ease on the phone and have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • You are stress resistant;
  • You are motivated and a team player;
  • You are willing to work flexible hours and also on Saturday morning;
  • A very good knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset;
  • You have a bachelor or master degree.
