One of our international clients, one of the world's leading firm, is currently looking for an Administrative Officer.

Your key responsibilities:
Secretarial/Administration Services
  • Prepare, reconcile, submit expense reports
  • Phone line management (answering and directing calls)
  • Print/copy/bind/mail
  • Document archiving, e-filing activities
  • Update of listing rules where applicable
  • Distribution lists/telephone lines update
  • Calendar/Diary management (time away, to-do list, scheduling, meetings/calls)
  • Email management (prioritising, drafting, organising, monitoring, filtering)
BD Support Services
  • Tracking BD activities
Meeting Arrangement
  • Practice/group meetings
  • Practice/group training
  • Practice/group dinner/lunches/drinks
  • Other external/internal meeting arrangement
  • Noting minutes and actions
  • Visitor arrangement
  • Seminar questionnaire summaries
  • External seminar applications
Travel arrangement
  • Ticketing, booking, itinerary preparation
  • Provide support as required such as generating reports, preparing
presentations, coordination etc

Your profile

  • You are fluent in French, English and Dutch
  • You havee strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • You have exceptional work ethic and enjoy working in team
