Description

One of our clients, active in the legal sector, is actively looking for an administrative collaborator.
Within the legal department, your time will be divided between the operational tasks of the team in terms of database management and improvement and the administrative tasks related to the back-office of two teams.

More specifically:
  • You impute and consult data from authentic sources through a specific application;
  • After analysis, you validate the requests for correction or cancellation of data in the databases;
  • You ensure the reporting and follow-up of practical and technical problems related to the databases;
  • You share with your team leader any possibility or idea for optimizing procedures;
  • You establish statistics on the number of requests to consult the data in the authentic sources and you deal with financial questions and credit notes;
  • You answer the phone calls for the team, dispatch the calls and take the appropriate messages;
  • You finalize the legal opinions of the lawyers at the administrative level in a specific application;
  • You manage autonomously the requests of the notaries concerning the consultation of the land register.

Your profile

  • You have experience in a similar position;
  • You have a very good knowledge of French and Dutch (written and spoken);
  • You have a good command of MS Office tools.
  • You are precise and conscientious, you like to do a good job and are detail-oriented;
  • You are customer-oriented (internal and external), you have an excellent sense of service;
  • You are respectful of deadlines;
