Oubound Boost Call Agent

The Outbound Call Agent position consists of selling products over the phone to our existing customer portfolio. We primarily contact our customers to have the limit on their credit card increased and also to provide them with more convenience and flexibility.


  • Contact customers to increase credit card limit;
  • Meet sales targets;
  • Persuade and inform customer properly;
  • Ensure that customers return their signed contracts;
  • Accurately adhering to imposed legal scripts;
  • Informing customers using procedures; Answering questions; Providing information.

Your profile

  • A first work experience in a call center of minimum 3 months;
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch. A good knowledge of French is a plus;
  • Secondary education minimum;
  • Solid sales skills;
  • Commercial attitude;
  • Verbal communication;
  • Telephone skills;
  • Listening;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Professionalism;
  • Multi-tasking;
  • Stress resistant.
