For one of our client active in the financial sector, we are looking for a Sales Manager Retail.
  • You define, based on the strategic priorities of the company, a commercial strategy and you translate it into a concrete commercial plan;
  • You manage, guide and coach a team of 5 sales representatives;
  • You closely monitor the commercial results of your team and you make corrections where necessary to guarantee results;
  • You are also commercially active and manage a number of commercial relationships with important existing customers or prospects;
  • You ensure a structured and coherent pricing policy for the entire customer portfolio;
  • You take the necessary initiatives to continuously improve the E2E sales process with as main drivers customer satisfaction and overall efficiency;
  • You think along with our customers and prospects and you work together with the B2B2C management, to whom you report, to adjust our service offering to the needs of our customers;
  • you work closely with all departments of the company (Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance, IT, etc.);

Your profile

  • you have affinity with the Retail sector;
  • You have affinity with digital processes and the e-commerce sector;
  • You express yourself fluently in Dutch and French;
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a sales role;
  • You are commercially minded, result and solution oriented;
  • You have a first experience with people management in a commercial organization;
  • You are analytical and critical;
  • Knowledge of consumer credit or other financial products is an asset.
