We are looking for an Administrative Assistant Talent Acquisition for our client active in the energy sector.


  • You provide administrative, logistical and organizational support to the Talent Acquisition team;
  • You manage the general mailboxes of the team;
  • You publish and manage job advertisements on the various internal and external platforms;
  • You provide support during selection procedures (making appointments, sending tests, etc.);
  • You ensure the correct reporting of the processes;
  • You draft and follow up on the contractual documents of new employees;
  • You prepare the reception of new employees in collaboration with other departments;
  • You follow up on the integration periods of new employees and ensure that deadlines are met;
  • You manage the invoicing in SAP and follow up with our suppliers;
  • You keep the administrative procedures described up to date and ensure their proper application.

Your profile

For this role, you will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree, ideally with an administrative focus;
  • A mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the ability to quickly master new computer tools;
  • A perfect command of French or Dutch and a good knowledge of the other national language as well as English;
  • A structured and rigorous approach to your work, as well as attention to detail;
  • The ability to work with discretion;
  • Good written and oral communication skills;
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Adaptability and openness to change.
