Description
One of our clients, active in the insurance sector, is currently looking for a customer line advisor.Your main tasks:
- Answer questions in a customer-oriented manner for all segments and channels
- Respond to standard customer inquiries by phone on various topics and for all major sofnctions
- Handle cases via email, ticket or online chat
- Strive to find solutions in the best interest of the customer
Your profile
- You have a very good knowledge of French and Dutch
- You are curious and motivated
- You preferably have experience in customer-facing functions
- You have the ambition to evolve towards a commercial function (Account Manager)
