DescriptionThe Service Center is available to answer questions related to
- You and your colleagues in the Service Center handle telephone calls from consumers, intermediaries, notaries and bailiffs
- You are in charge of finding solutions for the clients;
- In addition to this, you will carry out a number of diary tasks for the Service Center, but also for other departments.
- You have a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience;
- You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch;
- You are customer oriented and have good communication skills
- You are comfortable with the telephone.
