  • Point of escalation for insurance companies and internal operations teams
  • Responsible for the monitoring , reporting and advocating continuous improvement
  • Contractual documentation: follow up of account documentation
  • Account opening: managing all the processes to open accounts (master and sub- accounts)
  • Ensuring controls at every stage of the opening account: Regulatory controls, Management and custody fees..
  • Regulation : maintaining awareness of regulatory developments (PRIIP’S, EMIR, etc.) and update procedures
  • Prepare the PRIIP’s Files required by Insurance Companies
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Management or economics
  • Minimum 5 years previous relevant work experience within an insurance company in a commercial
function or within an insurance function
  • Client service orientation, ability to work under tight deadlines; excellent communication skills
  • Autonomy, organization & ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of European Life Insurance environment (Legal, Tax, Regulatory) and products
  • Team player and result-oriented
  • G2, CRM, DocuPrint, LA Retrieve, Microsoft Office, Connaissance client, Docflow, LA Scanner
  • English and French; any other language is a bonus
