Description

As a Property & Casualty Production Manager, you will perform the technical and administrative tasks involved in managing a portfolio of insurance contracts and ensure proactive and rigorous follow-up. Here are the different tasks related to the function:

• Handling customer requests, ensuring that their needs are correctly interpreted;
• Negotiating with partner insurance companies to find the most appropriate solutions to the requests and needs formulated by the clients;
• Ensure the issuance of contracts in compliance with ethical rules and deadlines;
• Administration of premiums and follow-up of collections.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Law, Economics, Finance - or equivalent professional experience ;
• Full PCP certification;
• Experience in the insurance industry;
• Have an excellent command of French and a good knowledge of Dutch;
• Have an analytical and synthetic mind;
• Be autonomous and solution oriented;
• Assertive and skilled in negotiation;
• Knowledge of underwriting and company management tools;
• Knowledge of Office tools.
