Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the lawyers of a practice group in their Brussels office


Partner's right hand and point of contact for the team. Provide full administrative and organizational support:
  • Agenda management, planning and organizing meetings;
  • Handle e-mails and correspondence in a proactive manner;
  • Organizing meetings and conference calls; preparing all necessary documents and files, preparing Teams meetings in the meeting rooms;
  • Administrative support for closings (printing, layout of documents, ...);
  • Matter opening: perform conflict checks, KYC, ...;
  • Maintaining time sheets and preparing invoicing + invoicing itself (CMS program);
  • Filing and archiving;
  • Preparation of files;
  • Answering and processing telephone calls;
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations;
  • General administrative and organizational tasks.

Your profile

  • Fluent trilingual Dutch-English-French both orally and in writing;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook);
  • Similar experience is a plus;
  • Ability to handle a large workload;
  • Flexibility;
