Finance Data Analyst

Description

• Manage financial tools (SAP, Anaplan, Power BI...) for the proper execution of all tasks of the Cost Controlling team;
• Collect, monitor, consolidate, develop analysis and make recommendations to support strategic management decision making;
• Analyze, define, organize and link data to contribute to the design, modeling and implementation strategy of the various stages of the data life cycle;
• Develop new reporting related to general expense tracking;
• Use expertise in the data processing process to identify and analyze the impact of cross-functional projects on data processing;
• Be responsible for processes related to the annual budget cycle and quarterly forecasts;
• Align budget cycle results and forecasts with strategic planning;
• Track and analyze general expenses (by cost type or management) and make recommendations to support management decision making;
• Actively contribute to the consistency control of the different Finance exercises;
• Ensure the smooth running of the various strategic exercises.

As the point of contact and business partner of Finance, you will often be in contact with:

• Other Finance teams (Accounting, Value Management...) ;
• All Business Units;
• The Group

Your profile

• Master's degree in economics, finance or science
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar management control, audit or financial analysis and reporting role
• Experience in data management
• Affinity with Tooling & Reporting
• Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and critical thinking
• Initiative and proactivity in work
• Ability to work independently and withstand stress
• Team player
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Perfect knowledge of French or Dutch, active knowledge of the second national language and English
• Knowledge of Anaplan and/or Power BI Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
