HR & Recruitment Officer

As a member of the in-house HR team at Axis, you will be responsible for various parts of the employee life cycle. Are you looking for an HR function with a diverse range of tasks, from recruiting new employees to training colleagues? Then read on!


You will perform the following tasks:
  • You will be responsible for internal recruitment: after a briefing on the needs of the teams, you will launch the search for new employees;
  • You will be in charge of selecting and finding the right candidates via our database, via external recruitment channels and via networking. Websites such as VDAB and LinkedIn have no more secrets for you;
  • You are responsible for the publication of job offers on the various channels of our professional network;
  • You act as an ambassador for Axis and know how to attract, select and excite talent during the first interview;
  • You follow your candidate closely throughout the internal recruitment process;
  • Besides recruitment, which is the most important part of your tasks, you are also responsible for the onboarding, training and evolution parts of the employee life cycle;
  • You provide full HR support: planning of the various training courses, follow-up of training bonuses, careful planning of our participation in campus recruitment, management of internal development trips, etc;
  • You report to the HR manager.

Your profile

You recognize yourself in this profile:
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and are passionate about recruitment and human resources;
  • On your CV, you ideally have a good first experience in a recruitment function;
  • The HR world intrigues you and you dare to immerse yourself in the HR news;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch and you speak English fairly well;
  • Thanks to your business mindset, you attach great importance to performance;
  • Your relatives describe you as a go-getter and a real team player who will not stop at the first obstacle encountered;
  • Finally, you work autonomously and are result-oriented, you have a commercial sense and you are flexible.
