Team Lead Corporations

Our client is a Belgian-based financial services company that specializes in the settlement and delivery of financial securities (such as stocks, bonds, and investment funds), as well as the custody and management of these securities.
They are looking for a People Manager. This role requires extensive operational experience in managing teams across different areas and domains, implementing collaborative and innovative management models, and anticipating team needs. The candidate must understand how their decisions can impact business results and risks and foster a positive team environment. Additionally, the role involves continuously improving processes, identifying opportunities for change, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and adapting procedures to meet business needs.


  • Typically requires a wide range of operational experience of business processes of one service or in different services and managing teams in different process of one domain or in different services.
  • The role will entail implementing collaborative models and Innovative and participative management in CA Info
  • Manages teams in different areas of high complexity or risk with frequent change management. Handle escalations independently .
  • Understands how actions and decisions affect business results and related business risks as well as the impact in other business areas.
  • Ensures a good climate in the team .Develops and coaches team members autonomously and anticipates the teams future transfers and needs.
  • Masters continuous improvement. Establishes common and best practices to improve business service related to problems, also outside own team. Proactively identifies and drives changes and opportunities to improve functions, controls or processes within and across teams.
  • Decision-making involves the use of judgment and there is an emphasis on the development of new/improved procedures and on the translation of policy into operational plans.
  • Work requires the consideration of future implications beyond the immediate problem and may involve the creation of new approaches and procedures to solve the problem.
  • Influences and shapes proposed initiatives to improve their effectiveness.
  • Communicates with and may influence different internal and external stakeholders, including senior business colleagues
  • Ensures departmental objectives are translated in the team objectives and that progress is actively monitored. Detect and assess the need for procedures or improvements and ensure these are adapted to the business needs.

Your profile

  • Experience in managing Operations Teams as Manager
  • Knowledge of Corporate Actions processes is an asset, but not a must.
  • Ability to manage complex escalations
  • Ability to manage client's relations
  • Strong leadership skills, able to coach people and engage the team
  • Strong Continuous Improvement mindset with good organization and prioritization skills
  • Very good analytical, technical and problem solving skills
  • Effective communication ( oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive minded and stress resistant
  • Drive, ability to make things change, results oriented
  • Ability to manage complex escalation
