For one of our client active in the facility sector , we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Officer. Working with the CEO, this true cross-function position will make you a key person in our organisation.Your responsabilities :
- Manage external newsletters: Decide on topics, write the texts (and decide on the commercial criteria to be put forward)
- Choice of photos & channels
- Manage internal newsletters
- Explain new products to colleagues
- Highlighting the benefits and reasons for the creation of these products
- Participate in the crealab: n order to get a thorough understanding of the products
- Management of the webshop
- Ensuring the accuracy of the information
- Regular checking of photos and texts and technical data
- Importing new products (texts, position, photos, ...)
- Management of the website
- Selection of new images for the gallery
- Creation of new contacts
- Creation of blogs (same as external newsletter)
- Regular improvement
- Improve the presentation of the offers (especially the commercial part)
- Make our offers clearer
- Participate in some briefings and first validations
- Commercial network manager
- Assist the commercial director in analysing the commercial work of the KAMs (check pipelines)
- Share success stories
- Share best practices
- Challenge the KAMs, imagine new targets and help approach them
- Assist on certain large-scale or trans-national projects (involvement with the production managers and the studio)
Your profile
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Business,...
- Around 3 years of relevant experience
- Business savvy
- Strong interest in digital marketing and ready to write posts for social media
- Hands-on and proactive
- Fluent in French and English (any additional language is a plus)
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint
