HR Officer

Our client, active in the Retail sector in the North of Brussels, is looking for their new HR officer.

Description

  • You are responsible for the preparation of the payroll from A to Z.
  • You are in charge of the follow-up of personnel files, benefits, absences, leaves etc.
  • You are in charge of the follow-up of social documents, the management of personnel data, the production of reconciliations
  • You are in charge of benefits and various insurances
  • You are the contact person for all employee questions, such as pay slips, social legislation, etc.
  • You participate in different HR projects according to your development and the needs of the company.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management
  • A first experience in human resources, HR administration or payroll is a plus
  • You speak Dutch and French
  • You are dynamic, proactive, you like to learn, you are positive and hands-on.

Offer

Our client offers you a full-time permanent contract in a company located in the North of Brussels. You will be trained by your manager before you can work independently. The company has flexible hours and offers homeworking.
