Credit Analyst B2B/B2C

Description

For one of our clients active in the financial services sector, we are looking for 2 Credit Analysts. One profile specialized in B2B and the other in B2C.

Your mission?

• Ensure the processing and granting of credit, minimizing the risk of non-payment.
• Optimize the interaction between the salesperson, the customer and the company in order to accelerate the decision process and increase the satisfaction and loyalty of the network

Responsibilities?

• Ensure the decision of Credit and Lease requests by taking into account all the determining parameters in order to minimize the unpaid invoices while taking into account the time limits
• Ensure the speed of intervention and the proper integration of credit risk in the decision.
• To rule on the files in case of discrepancy between the declaration at the time of the request and the reality established during the liquidation of the file
• Organize the follow-up of pending files to avoid the cancellation of the client's request
• Organize direct contact with clients by telephone to gather additional information or for any other intervention with the client
• Assist the networks through digital tools, chat, emails, phone, to help achieve the contracts
• Regularization of NBB rejections
• Documentation of thwarted or proven frauds
• Analysis and processing of requests for uncoupling
• Analysis and processing of balloon refinancing

Your profile

• You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics,... or other similar field
• You have a first experience in B2C or B2B credit analysis
• You have a very good level of Dutch and French
• You are analytical, number oriented, team player
