Description
The Legal Advisor will support the team responsible for the legal aspects of IT products and services (applications, databases, etc.).He/she will assist the manager in the preparation, development, production and adaptation of IT products and services with respect to legal aspects.
The Legal Advisor will be responsible for identifying and describing potential legal and/or practical issues and will be responsible for translating legal knowledge, information and experience into processes and documents that can be used in the analysis.
You will establish links between the different files in order to improve consistency across the different levels of strategy.
You will be responsible for the preparation, distribution and filing of minutes and working notes.
You will consult regularly with the project manager(s) in our IT services unit, and possibly with external partners and public institutions.
You will be responsible for the proper follow-up of files.
You will organize the administrative coordination in order to document and synthesize the different legal projects in progress.
You will manage the formatting, distribution and archiving of all information (correspondence, reports, briefing notes, legal files, ...).
Your profile
- You have a background in law
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a notary office;
- You are interested in computer science and computer law;
- You have an interest/experience in the real estate sector;
- You are bilingual FR NL;
- You are a communicative person, you work well in a team and you have a flexible and results-oriented attitude. Full time or 4/5ths negotiable.
