You will manage and develop a portfolio of mortgage customers on a daily basis. You will advise the client on the basis of their personal situation, conclude the sale when the opportunity arises and, if possible, direct them to the solutions offered by other departments (cross and up-selling).


  • You will manage a portfolio of existing clients
  • You will receive and visit clients in order to inform them and propose the most appropriate solutions for their personal situation with one of our financial partners
  • You actively prospect for new clients
  • You participate in recommended commercial actions, events and networking
  • You take an active part in local networks to support the positive image of the company in a commercial way
  • You analyze and respond to clients' requests for offers, pricing
  • You defend your files with lenders/partners
  • You follow each file introduced until its completion and payment
  • You ensure the cross and up selling to other departments and your colleagues
  • You manage the customer databases, and report to the management

Your profile

  • You are experienced in the distribution of mortgage loans
  • You have the necessary authorizations from the FSMA to practice the profession
  • You are a good listener
  • You analyze the client's needs and requirements
  • You show initiative, autonomy, method and organization
  • You are empathetic, you communicate clearly and you take care of your presentation
  • You have negotiation skills
