- Efficient sales of financial products on the existing customer portfolio and acquisition of new customers;
- Optimizing profit per customer;
- Ensuring a minimum number of phone and telephone calls per day;
- Guarantee a perfect administrative follow-up;
- Working closely with other departments;
- Regulate the daily activities and work within the team;
- Paying attention to fraud prevention;
- Handling complaints accurately based on the guidelines;
- Ensuring that legal requirements, regulations. Finance, departmental instructions and credit policy are adhered to; Secure established service levels;
- Handle all customer contacts in line with the "Great Customer Experience" model;
- Ask targeted questions to allow credit decision makers to make the right decisions regarding the creditworthiness of our customers and assess the credit risk to the lender;
- Prevent payment problems and, if they occur, follow up on them while respecting the rights of the customer;
- Provide input into working groups to facilitate and optimize new procedures and processes;
- Follow up and test new or updated procedures and processes;
- Give input from own knowledge;
- Evaluate new procedures and processes after implementation.
Your profile
- Minimum high school diploma;
- Dutch = excellent level;
- A first experience (preferably in a 'contact center');
- Thorough product knowledge;
- Communicative and commercial skills;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Administrative skills;
- Understanding of creditworthiness of customers.
