Description
The main purpose of the position is to sell our client's product range over the phone. With a solid knowledge of our insurance products and good communication and sales skills, you will be able to convince customers to opt for the services offered by our client.- You are the first point of contact for prospects and new customers;
- You answer their questions, you propose them different products, while having as objective to concretize the sale;
- You receive, verify and encode the data of the prospects necessary for the drafting and transmission of an offer adapted to their needs and profile;
- If necessary, you then contact the prospects by telephone in order to finalize the offers that you have transmitted to them.
Your profile
- A first experience in the insurance field is an asset
- You are fluent in French and Dutch;
- You are precise and have a constructive mind;
- You communicate easily over the phone: you express yourself with ease and are able to handle resistance;
- You like to sell and accompany the customer in the sales process;
- You have a commercial spirit and with you the customer is king;
- Direct contact with the customer is your passion;
- You are stress resistant and remain polite to the customer in all circumstances;
- You can work independently, but are also able to function in a team;
- You like to take initiative;
- You can adopt a certain flexibility in your working hours.
