The main purpose of the position is to sell our client's product range over the phone. With a solid knowledge of our insurance products and good communication and sales skills, you will be able to convince customers to opt for the services offered by our client.
  • You are the first point of contact for prospects and new customers;
  • You answer their questions, you propose different products, while having as objective to concretize the sale;
  • You receive, verify and encode the data of the prospects necessary for the drafting and transmission of an offer adapted to their needs and profile;
  • If necessary, you will then contact the prospects by telephone in order to finalize the offers you have made.

Your profile

  • A first experience in the insurance field is an asset
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch;
  • You are precise and have a constructive mind;
  • You communicate easily over the phone: you express yourself with ease and are able to handle resistance;
  • You like to sell and accompany the customer in the sales process;
  • You have a commercial spirit and with you the customer is king;
  • Direct contact with the customer is your passion;
  • You are stress resistant and remain polite to the customer in all circumstances;
  • You can work independently, but are also able to function in a team;
  • You are willing to take initiative;
  • You can adopt a certain flexibility in your working hours.
