  • Provide a professional, courteous and efficient first point of contact for anyone visiting or telephoning the office
  • Manage central email correspondence, responding or escalating as necessary
  • Maintain and coordinate bookings of employees' desks, client meeting rooms taxi's, food and refreshments from suppliers and providing hospitality support for the meeting rooms/kitchen area
  • Ensuring incoming and outgoing deliveries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception and meeting room area ensuring all procedures, rules and regulations are complied with
  • Linking in with a global network of colleagues to keep the business moving

Your profile

  • Previous reception experience from a professional environment
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Fluency (both written and spoken) in English and French
  • High level of professional personal presentation
  • Customer service orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Superior organisational skills
