Assistant Wealth Management

Our client is an independent financial-economic holding company specialized in asset management and financial-economic advice. To support the wealth management department at the head office in Antwerp, our client is looking for a preferably full-time, administrative force for mainly client administration, in addition to supporting the accounting department and backing up the office manager. What does it all entail?


As an assistant to the wealth management department, your responsibilities will include :
  • Preparation of opening documents & follow up until account opening
  • Administrative follow-up of current files (ensuring accuracy of data)
  • Contact point for clients in case of questions or changes regarding administration or appointments
  • Support compliance officer with regard to required documentation (money laundering legislation)
  • Maintain digital and physical archive of customer files
  • General support of team by timely and accurately carrying out administrative assignments
  • Agenda management for Wealth Managers
As back up to the part-time office manager and in her absence, you are co-responsible for the office management in the office and you are responsible for various administrative tasks such as :
  • Follow up and filing of various contracts
  • Up to date of address file & sporadic execution of mailings registration of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Office supplies: office supplies, soft drinks, ordering catering, etc.
  • Agenda management for joint meetings incl. distribution and order/maintain order of meeting rooms and order/maintain order of catering for meetings
  • Communication (mail, phone)

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree with interest in administration, communication and improving procedures
  • You are customer oriented and discretion is also important
  • You have good contact skills and are decisive when necessary
  • You have a great sense of responsibility and punctuality
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch with a good knowledge of French and English
