One of our clients, a law firm, is looking for a Personal Assistant for their Corporate department.
Your responsibilities :
  • Client reception (mainly by phone);
  • Filing and encoding files;
  • Proofreading and formatting in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (no dictation);
  • Organization of agendas (meetings, events, seminars);
  • Management of client databases;
  • Travel research;
  • Follow-up of invoicing and unpaid bills.

Your profile

  • Executive Secretary Level;
  • 2-3 years of experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (writing documents, excellent spelling), good knowledge of Dutch;
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word and Powerpoint;
  • Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, table layout, pivot tables, etc.);
  • Dynamic, teamplayer, autonomous and proactive person, who will show enthusiasm in his work;
  • Sense of rigor, organization and priorities.
