3 month ASAP assignment as HR Officer

Description

Our client, a big name in the insurance industry, is urgently seeking an HR Officer.

More concretely, your tasks are the following:
  • Provide information to employees regarding the DOTS application (Attentia), absences, social documents, time credits ;
  • Management and processing of the general HR mailbox;
  • Collect, record, control and update personnel data (in collaboration with the social secretariat);
  • Contacts with the social secretariat;
  • Management of temporary workers and students;
  • Support the organization of internal training and the MyTalent tool;
  • Implementation, updating and follow-up of HR tools;
  • Data control for hospitalization, disability and group insurance;
  • Verify and process invoices for HR;
  • Support for the follow-up of the staff satisfaction survey;
  • Support and follow-up of Wellbeing & Diversity projects

Your profile

  • You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience ;
  • You are autonomous, structured and precise;
  • You are flexible and guarantee the good progress and the follow-up of your tasks;
  • You are customer oriented and communicative, efficient, you pay attention to interpersonal relations, you are autonomous and proactive;
  • You are bilingual FR/NL and you have a good knowledge of English;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, ...);
  • Respect for confidentiality is essential.

Offer

Our client is located in the center of Brussels (close to public transport) and offers you a 3 month interim contract.
