  • Develop a portfolio of clients in the mid-market segment (50-350 employees);
  • Retain existing clients and expand your portfolio through cross-selling and prospecting.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  • Some experience in B2B sales;
  • You can work independently but still be a team player;
  • You like to negotiate and convince others;
  • You enjoy building relationships and are ready for the challenge of cold calling;
  • You are eager to learn and improve your performance;
  • You are always looking to succeed in what you do;
  • Insurance knowledge is an asset but not essential.
