Adminstratieve Sales Assistant

One of our clients active in the insurance sector is currently looking for and sales & marketing assistant. In this role you will provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.

Your tasks will be:
  • Administrative support:
  • Preparing management meetings.
  • Taking minutes at meetings + preparing meeting reports.
  • Follow up of broker database:
  • Management of brokers in the different platforms.
  • Maintenance of contracts and agreements.
  • Commercial support to brokers and clients:
  • 1st line service regarding the platforms, document requests, etc.
  • Daily support of online presence of the group:
  • Updating of website content.
  • Maintenance of social media accounts.
  • Management of marketing materials:
  • Management of stock and distribution posters, gadgets, etc.

Your profile

  • You have at least a Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent through experience.
  • Native language level in NL or FR, and you have a very good knowledge of the second national language.
  • You master the MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You have a group spirit and easily share information with the members of your department.
  • You are solution oriented, communicative, dynamic, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.
