Description

  • You will be the first point of contact for questions from Private Banking clients
  • You will maintain reactive and proactive contacts with clients but also with colleagues in the branch network
  • You like having a lot of contact with clients and you are not afraid of administrative work either
  • You will occasionally go in search of new clients by prospecting
  • You take initiatives yourself and organize events and other activities to attract new customers
  • You identify, analyze and then take the initiative to improve the chain process even further

Your profile

  • You have obtained a higher degree
  • You are in possession of the certificate of Wet Willems
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French
  • You work accurately and punctually
  • Experience with telephone contact is an advantage
  • You have strong organizational skills: distributing your attention across multiple domains is not a problem
  • A first experience in the banking sector is a plus
