Description

  • Planning and invitations, preparation of agenda and minutes ;
  • Support to the Secretary of the Client Acceptance Committee ;
  • Processing the minutes approval process, including for each approved company ;
  • Primary quality assurance on subject company acceptance notes/documents received prior to submission ;
  • Entering approvals, risk level, action items, etc. into the CRM system ;
  • Communication of Acceptance Committee decisions to Client Managers ;
  • Follow-up on the decisions of the Client Acceptance Committee ;
  • Activation of client relationships after acceptance and receipt of all mandatory documents.

Your profile

  • Experience: 3-5 years administration, compliance experience appreciated but not mandatory ;
  • Languages: English and French ;
  • Data quality review and data entry into CRM system to ensure quality of regulatory reporting ;
  • 4-eye checks and approvals of customer KYC documentation in CRM system ;
  • Preparation of AML letters and Client screening.
