Description
- Creation, administration and liquidation of legal entities, ensuring that their respective activities comply with the rules and regulations applicable in Luxembourg ;
- Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including board and shareholder meeting documents and any type of agreement, for highly active and transactional fund entities ;
- The coordination of transactions from a legal point of view (acquisition, financing, sale...), in particular the assistance in the closing of asset transactions ;
- Coordinating with local and foreign advisors in relation to local underlying assets and entities (Western and Central Europe) ;
- Coordinating third party legal and notary services.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Legal studies ;
- Relevant experience of minimum 5 to 7 years in a comparable position in a fund administration, or in a fiduciary in Luxembourg ;
- Fluency in English (written & spoken), German and French, any further foreign languages an asset ;
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills, proactive, rigorous and ability to multitask, identify priorities and respect deadlines ;
- Proficiency with MS applications.
