Description

  • Coordinate the preparation of board minutes, shareholder resolutions and quarterly or semi-annual board meetings ;
  • Independently manage a portfolio of clients with all aspects of corporate legislation ;
  • Advise clients on the preparation and submission of documentation relating to corporate applications, such as name changes, change of managers/directors, amendment of articles of association, transfer of shares, change of share capital, etc ;
  • Manage and train a team of paralegals, organize teamwork and facilitate knowledge sharing ;
  • Liaise with notaries, lawyers (internal and external) and authorities ;
  • Implement internal processes and monitor budgets and profitability ;
  • Ensure good communication with other internal departments.

Your profile

  • A Master's degree in law or an equivalent university degree in law ;
  • A significant experience in a similar position in Luxembourg (minimum of 7 years as in-house counsel in a Luxembourg law firm) ;
  • A strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law ;
  • A perfect command of French and English, German being considered an asset ;
  • You are able to maintain and develop relationships with clients ;
  • You are able to manage, train and motivate your team members ;
  • You are well organized, rigorous and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills ;
  • You are dynamic, proactive, able to effectively manage projects and handle multiple tasks.
