Employer Branding Advisor

Employer branding in a large company in the centre of Brussels.


Our client, active in the mobility sector, is looking for a Senior Employer Branding Advisor to strengthen their team of recruiters and employer branding officers.

As Senior Employer Branding Advisor you are responsible for the following tasks:
  • You manage Employer Branding projects and keep track of their progress;
  • You understand the needs of your internal client and are aware of current labour market trends;
  • You work closely together with the Communications Department, so that they receive the necessary input to develop Employer Branding campaigns;
  • You develop actions and tools that enable us to build and maintain strong partnerships with schools;
  • You organize recruitment events such as job days and you are present at job fairs;
  • You manage recruitment channels and help think about sourcing actions to find suitable candidates for bottleneck vacancies or vacancies that are difficult to fill.
In addition, you are the central contact within the Employer branding team and you fulfil a role as coordinator:
  • You work closely with the Team Leader Talent Attraction & Acquisition on a strategy to further shape the Employer Branding story;
  • You work in a matrix organisation in which the employees who focus on Employer Branding (4 people) have you as their first contact;
  • You listen to the (job content) questions of the team members and try to formulate an appropriate advice;
  • You work closely with your colleagues from the communication department who design the campaigns;
  • You follow new trends within the field of Employer Branding closely and you work with them proactively;
  • You maintain a global overview of all current Employer Branding activities. You monitor the progress of all actions and make adjustments where necessary;
  • You constantly identify opportunities to improve, optimize and structure processes and activities within the team.

Your profile

  • You have a Master's degree.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Employer Branding, within the HR domain.
  • You are an expert in project management.
  • You are Dutch and have a good knowledge of the other national language.
  • You are familiar with the Flemish job market and ideally have experience with technical profiles.
  • You have the necessary experience to inspire a small team in the area of Employer Branding.
  • You know how to plan your work perfectly and you take the necessary actions to execute your activities within the set time frame.
  • You like to work independently and you know how to cope in difficult situations.
  • You are a creative person, you dare to think out of the box and you enjoy a rapidly changing environment.
  • You have a passion for HR and your enthusiasm is contagious.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and like to take initiative.


Our client offers you a permanent, full-time contract. You will be working in a large company, for many interesting projects with a large number of stakeholders. The company is located in the center of Brussels, very close to public transport.
