Within the Legal department, you will be responsible for a range of paralegal and administrative tasks such as:
  • Management of the file database (Sharepoint): management, use and update of open or closed files, breakdown by area;
  • Management of agendas and organization of meetings;
  • Management of template modifications / framework contracts on request of the legal department;
  • Participation in the legal administrative follow-up of acquisition operations (follow-up of to-do lists; preparation of minutes of board meetings; follow-up of the execution of deeds, .....);
  • Updating of legal documentation (codes, various publications in legal periodicals, subscriptions, Moniteur belge, ...) and legal research;
  • Follow-up of new regulations;
  • Organization of team meetings and drafting of news flashes in consultation with the lawyers.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in law or Master's degree in translation or equivalent experience of at least 3 years in a paralegal position;
  • Computer skills: very good knowledge of Word, good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Attention to detail, conciseness and thoroughness are essential for this position;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Teamplayer and excellent communication skills with all the different departments of the group;
  • Initiative and proactivity;
  • Ability to switch easily from one task to another;
  • Problemsolver.
