For one of our clients, a leader in the facility management market, we are currently looking for an administrative assistant for the payroll team.

Your tasks in this function:
  • Management of personnel files;
  • Encoding of holidays and sick leave;
  • Contacts with insurance companies;
  • Encoding of timesheets;
  • Other support tasks for the payroll.

Your profile

  • You have a very good level in French and Dutch;
  • You are organised and punctual;
  • You already have experience in an administrative function.
