Project Manager

Our client is one of the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser. With a global presence spanning over 130 countries and counting over 35,000 employees, our client is part of a larger group listed on the NYSE.

To continue the transformation they have started, they are looking to recruit two new members to reinforce their Project Management department.

Description

What you will do within the team:
  • Frame and drive projects from end to end; meaning defining scope, organise deliverables, organise project governance and animate workshop sessions.
  • Conduct organisational assessments and current situation analysis: evaluate the performance of the organisation
  • Define and Implement operating models; and redesigning processes : identify KPIs, dashboard and tools to manage the improved organisation
  • Conceive, adapt and roll out digital solutions to support processes and people : explore and qualify business needs, structure and formalise business requirements, as well as administration / analytics / maintenance needs
  • Drive change management

Your profile

Who you are and what you have:
  • Relevant college/university degree required, or relevant experience within a similar function
  • Minimum 3-5 years substantial business experience in project management and organisational project management, in insurance, banking and/or consultancy
  • Capacity to navigate a complex multinational environment (Matrixed organisation)
  • Excellent stakeholder and change management skills
  • Fluency in English + French and/or Dutch
  • Project management certification (such as Prince 2, Scrum, or others)
  • Six Sigma green-belt or black-belt certification
  • Excellent client orientation competencies
  • Excellent comprehension of organisation and efficiency mechanisms
  • Proven agile mindset, in a changing environment
