Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative you will be part of a team of very nice colleagues. Within the company you will work closely with the Account Manager and Inside Sales on the realization of the sales budget and you will be responsible for the entire purchase and sales process. You will also be responsible for accounts receivable and currency management in consultation with the finance department, monitoring the purchase frequency of customers and reporting this to the Business Unit Manager and Account Managers, managing specific customer requirements and checking incoming and outgoing invoices. You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Description

For the BeNeLux team located in Mechelen, we are looking for an experienced and enterprising Customer Service Employee
  • You ensure correct processing of the incoming orders in the ERP system.
  • You place orders with the suppliers and follow up the requested delivery times.
  • You inform the customer in a timely manner if there are problems with his order.
  • You will be responsible for the invoicing of orders and the approval of suppliers' invoices. You will be solution oriented and proactive in thinking about possible improvement processes.

Your profile

  • You speak perfect Dutch and have a strong knowledge of English. French is a plus!
