  • Follow up of payments :
  • Monitor payment deadlines together with other departments.
  • Be a contact person for the clients' requests and for the invoices.
  • Be in contact with the finance department to analyse the financial aspects of the client files.
  • Billing activities :
  • Produce invoices in coordination with the other departments/teams and then send invoices to the clients.
  • Be part of WIP and debtors' meetings and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Be responsible of the data into the billing system.
  • Verify reliability of draft invoices and ensure compliance.
  • Issue invoices in close collaboration with other teams.
  • Collect and sort all invoice, and order statements.
  • Answer phone calls and email requests in respect of the invoicing process and follow up with our billing department.

Your profile

  • A first experience in an administrative or billing assistant position
  • Bachelor's degree in administrative assistance, secretarial field or accounting.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Good IT Knowledged (Microsoft) and the capacity to learn other IT systems (such as e-billing).
  • Good organization in order to meet deadlines.
  • Teamplayer and flexible.
