Are you an administrative jack-of-all-trades with an interest in Human Resources? Then you are the HR & Administration officer that our client active in the energy sector is looking for!

Your responsibilities:
  • Responsible for administration, i.e. administrative guidance of staff movements, classification and correct maintenance of personnel files, follow up of all legally determined administration;
  • Monthly control master data;
  • Responsible for correct and complete collection and input/registration of master data of personnel files and personnel movements (actions) in SAP;
  • Follow up of the "pricking", follow-up of absences (illness, union leave).
  • All administrative tasks related to the medical plan for active and retired staff;
  • Contact with personnel + follow-up and payment of invoices;
  • Follow up of occupational accidents;
  • Continuous backup of HR Master Data & Administration Officer.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management/Administration or equivalent through experience.
  • You have a very good level in French and Dutch;
  • You have experience in an HR department or are willing to learn;
  • You like working in a team;
  • You are organized and can work accurately.
