  • Keeping abreast of new developments in legislation, regulation, case law and legal doctrine ;
  • Legal research in any of our practice areas (commercial law, contract law, criminal law, litigation, arbitration, etc.) ;
  • Drafting of client briefs and correspondence ;
  • Formalization of contracts and letters of demand ;
  • Preparation of pleadings (motions, applications, pleadings, exhibits and documentary evidence) and handling of court and arbitration proceedings ;
  • Participation in litigation advice and settlement discussions.

Your profile

  • You are a member of the "Liste II" of the Luxembourg Bar ;
  • You will have 0 to 2 years' experience in litigation and dispute resolution, ideally gained in a Luxembourg law firm ;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of civil and commercial law ;
  • Knowledge and experience of criminal law will be considered an asset ;
  • You have a perfect command of French and English, with excellent writing skills. Any additional language skills (in particular German and/or Luxembourgish) will be considered an asset ;
  • Proven ability to complete several simultaneous projects within the given timeframe ;
  • Commitment, team spirit and strong communication skills are required to progress in a challenging environment.
